did not deliver what was promised or you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and
we will gladly replace the product or refund the purchase
for you. You may return any item within 30 days after
the arrival of your order (based on delivery record),
and upon pre-approval of us.
Q:Return Policy
A: We regret that we do not refund shipping and handling fees and for items that are damaged during the return delivery process. For a full refund or product exchange, please keep products in original purchase conditions and unopened. All opened and used items will be assessed a 40% restocking fee. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, within 2 days after the arrival of your orders.

1. If you would like a product exchange or full refund, please contact us, within 15 days after the arrival your order, to obtain a RA number. The RA number helps us to identify your purchase. Please include the RA number along with the items returned to us.

3. Please indicate on all customs documentation and the parcel that the shipment is a "return to manufacturer" to avoid a customs brokerage fees (if applicable)
For orders made with credit cards, please allow 5 to 7 business days, after we received you purchase, for credit to appear in your account.
Q:Undeliverable Orders
A: Occasionally, we receive return orders due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refused by recipient. If you order is undeliverable and returned back to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your refund. If you would like your order to be reshipped, additional shipping charge will be applied.
